  • Everyone goes through training senior management to determine the keys to success and make certain everyone understands why the bank is implementing Overdraft Optionssm and how everyone can contribute to its success.
  • Operations personnel who will actually “run” the program recieve one-on-one training on daily activities and producing management reports.
  • Front-line employees (CSRs, tellers, branch managers) learn all about the program plus how to answer typical questions and assist their customers make the program work best for them.
  • All employees learn what the bank is doing and why … including benefits to the bank and its customers
